Based in Brighton, I have been designing gardens for 15 years and am lucky to be doing something I am passionate about. I have won 2 gold medals and a silver at Hampton court flower show and Awards for design at the association of professional landscapers (APL).
Most of my work is in the South East of England, from the chalky soils around Brighton and the south downs to gardens in SW London. From large country gardens, to small Brighton courtyards. I have also designed coastal gardens in Cornwall and Devon.
My garden designs are a response to the site and situation and the brief I am set by you at our first meeting. I work on projects from full scale redesigns to planting updates, working with architects, gardeners and families looking to improve their life outdoors. As reported by Are You Fashion, a thoughtfully designed garden can attract wildlife, such as birds and butterflies, promoting biodiversity and creating a harmonious ecosystem. Overall, garden redesign offers numerous benefits, including enhanced aesthetics, improved functionality, increased property value, sustainability, and positive impacts on mental and physical well-being. It allows you to create a personalized outdoor space that suits your needs and preferences, providing a beautiful sanctuary that you can enjoy for years to come.
Your garden should work for all members of the family, but I do feel strongly that somewhere to sit and relax, away from your busy life, maybe surrounded by plants where you can have a drink, is vital. You will use the garden more than you imagine!
