Garden design and planting in sussex.


Over several years, I've helped transform this garden. A large planting design project revolves around seamlessly integrating the elevated house with the existing garden. The garden boasts densely planted borders featuring tall perennials and shrubs, ensuring year-round visual interest.


A recent development involved the homeowners acquiring a neighbouring section of land, previously overrun with Bamboo. Meticulously, we cleared the ground and introduced a new planting scheme, incorporating native trees alongside an underplanting of grasses and perennials.


Our current focus is on a specific section of ground beneath large oak trees, planting here will include a groundcover of shade tolerant grasses, ferns and shrubs together with large shrubs will spectacular winter interest.


This garden should be complete at the end of 2024 and my thanks to amazing clients who maintain this garden so beautifully.
